SOLUTION: In this grease supply device consisting of a grease supply source unit 20 and a hose reel 21, the hose reel 21 is arranged at a position close to a side part opening and closing cover 11 and the grease supply source unit 20 is arranged on its innermost side and at a lower part position of an upper part opening and closing cover 14 in a grease supply device storage part 10. Moreover, a clamp part 44 clamping a grease gun 42 is mounted on a frame 1a at a position in front of the hose reel 21, a rising wall 45 is provided at a position adjacent to the hose reel 21, and a switch 46 of a pump 26 is fixed to the rising wall 45.
