PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in actually using a high power generating device by a wind mill having drag-type blades, wherein the drag-type wind mill is usually longitudinally installed, and a rotating radius of the blade is small, which is not suitable for high output. SOLUTION: Blade units 2 formed by horizontally connecting drag-type blades 1 and integrating the same in a frame are stacked on the same plane, and the adjacent blade units are connected by a chain 4 or the like to obtain the totalized output. The blade units 2 are stacked and placed on a turntable at an upper part of a tower 8, and the total output of the blade units 2 is transferred to a power generating device 9 at a lower part of the tower. As a means for the same, a bevel gear A6 is fixed to a total output shaft 5, a transfer shaft 10 connected to the generator is penetrated through a center of the rotation of the turntable 7, a bevel gear B11 is fixed to an upper part of the transfer shaft, and both bevel gears are engaged with each other. |
