PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell separator, composed mainly of a metal plate which is superior in conductivity and corrosion resistance, and can be produced at a relatively low cost. SOLUTION: A fuel cell separator has a coated resin layer which includes a conductive filler on at least one side of a metal substrate, and the metal substrate and the resin layer is bonded directly without an adhesive layer or a primer layer in between. |
