摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a constitution without using a position sensor at a low cost and to enable realizing of an excellent control performance even in a low speed range. SOLUTION: A control arithmetic unit 601 estimates a deviated angle θ, and outputs a command value signal to decrease an inverter angle frequency of an inverter unit 602 when the angle θ is positive and to increase the inverter angle frequency when the angle θ is negative to the inverter unit 602. The inverter unit 602 controls a synchronous motor 604 in the inverter angle frequency in response to the command value signal.
