PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device having a heating mechanism constituted of a single heater and capable of uniformly heating a liquid crystal display element and a cold cathode tube respectively. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device 1 wherein the cold cathode tube 4 as a light source of a backlight 3 is disposed at one end part on the back surface side of the liquid crystal display element 2 and a light guide body 5 is disposed so that the light guide body 5 is opposed to the display part of the liquid crystal display element 2 and the cold cathode tube 4 is positioned on one side of the light guide body 5, a single piece of heater electrode film 6 capable of heating the liquid crystal display element 2 and the cold cathode tube 4 is formed on the back surface of the liquid crystal display element 2. |
