PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building of which the components constructing the mechanism of the building, can be reused, and which can satisfy the cause of contribution to global environmental conservation and the utility of the realization of the building a low cost. SOLUTION: The frame of the building 10 is composed of a shell frame 11 and an earthquake-resistant frame 12. The shell frame 11 is constructed by detachably connecting a large number of standardized straight material units 13A-13C, beam-column connecting units 14, a top-section chevron unit, base column units 15, connectors or the like, the earthquake-resistance frame 12 is built in the shell frame 11 by detachably joining standardized steel-framed columns 11a, steel-framed beams 12b or the like, the earthquake-resistant frame 12 and the shell frame 11 are connected detachably, and an external facing material interrupting the infiltration of rainwater or the like is secured outside the shell frame 11. Accordingly, not only the component can be reused but also the building having a wide space can be constructed.
