PURPOSE: An input shaft supporting device of a pinion valve assembly is provided to minimize the failure rate of a pinion valve by evenly supporting the load fitted in the opposite portion and avoiding the deformation of a material. CONSTITUTION: An input shaft supporting device of a pinion valve assembly comprises a servo motor(10), a ball screw(20) to convert the rotational motion of the servo motor to the linear motion, a first support member(30) linearly moving by the ball screw and having an inclined face(32) on the upper surface, a load cell(40) installed between the ball screw and the first support member to sense the load change transmitted from the support member, a second support member(50) installed orthogonal to the inclined surface of the first support member to support an input shaft of a pinion valve assembly(1), a spring(52) to provide the second support member with a restorative force, and a control unit(60) to control the load cell and the servo motor.
