PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection work by enabling outputs of a game machine to be taken in directly and power supply to be received and also to detect vide outputs which are not yet dealt with. SOLUTION: A power source and video output from an entertainment appliance 41 are supplied to a DC-to-DC converter 37 and a switching circuit 31, respectively, via cables. Thus, the supplying of the video and the power source is possible with simple direct connection. Moreover, a CPU(central processing unit) 35 determines the synchronization by applying the Y signal or the G signal being one of components to a synchronization separating IC 32 where controlling the switching circuit 31. When a synchronous signal is not included in the Y signal or the G signal being the component, an error message is made to be displayed by an OSD(on-screen displaying) circuit 33. As a result, it is possible to let a user know that the video output is video output which is not yet dealt with. |
