PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyurethane foam having excellent moldability with no skin peeling and no lack of air fill-out even at a low density (0.45 g/cm3), and a polyurethane foam suitably usable for sole polyurethane foams. SOLUTION: A polyol solution contains a polyester polyol, an amine compound having an unsaturated bond and two or more amino groups, urea, a catalyst, and a blowing agent polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting (A) the above polyol solution with (B) a polyisocyanate compound. A method for producing the polyurethane foam comprises mixing (A) the above polyol solution with (B) the above polyisocyanate compound and expanding the resulting mixture.
