The device has a longitudinal elastic band and a woven fabric web (4) sewn on the band. A spring cord (6) passes between the woven fabric web and the band to be placed between crampons of a sport shoe. An adjustment system (5) is disposed on an upper part of the cord to adjust the cord to the length of a leg. The band is constituted of neoprene on its internal surface (1) and polyester on its external surface (2). The polyester allows a fixation system formed of a Velcro band to cooperate with the external surface of the band. A non-elastic woven fabric web (7) is sewn around the cord.
