The lining covers sharp projecting corners and awkward crevices in the luggage space. It may have trapezoidal side panels (2,3) with side access doors and an opening roof (8). The front and rear panels (4,5) and the floor panels (1) are rectangular. Loops of cord may fasten the corners of the inner lining to hooks in the luggage space. The opening portions may be closed with hook and pile fasteners or sliding clasp fasteners.
