Each of the users of devises (1-3) pays a predetermined amount of money for reserve to the device maker through a credit loan company every month. The server (B) of the maker converts the sum of the reserve of each device into maintenance points and stores them in a point management table (6). After maintenance, the server (B) subtracts the points corresponding to the maintenance charge from the maintenance points to settle the maintenance cost. The server (B) gives service points according to the operation record sent from each of the devices (1-3) through a communication network (5) and gives a discount corresponding to the service points when the maintenance cost is settled.
