PURPOSE: A metal box frame is provided to rapidly manufacture the metal box frame with an inexpensive cost by forming the metal box frame through welding only one edge of the metal box frame. CONSTITUTION: A metal box frame is fabricated by welding one edge of plural edges of the metal box frame. A frame stuff(3) is cut by using a press cutter such that the frame stuff(3) has three edges. In order to fabricate the metal box frame, the frame stuff(3) is bent lengthwise by three times so as to allow the frame stuff(3) to have bending surfaces(3a,3b,3c,3d). Three bending surfaces are cut and remaining one surface is not cut. The non-cut surface is bent at a right angle so that cutting surfaces(3e,3f) formed at three bending surfaces are adhered to each other. The remaining one edge is welded so that the metal box frame is achieved.
