PURPOSE: A mounting method of an earth wire is provided to prevent contact failure, and to proof the contact part against rust by keeping clean of electrodeposition paint with fitting a bolt cap to a thread part of an earth bolt. CONSTITUTION: A head part(5) of an earth bolt(7) is fixed integrally in the side of an earth frame(1) by welding, and a bolt cap(15) is fitted to a thread part(13) of the earth bolt to prevent deposition of paint(S10). The bolt cap is eliminated from the earth bolt after painting process(S20), and an earth ring terminal(9) is connected to the earth wire and inserted to an installation hole(S30). The earth ring terminal is inserted to the thread part of the earth bolt, and fixed in the earth bolt by combining with an assembling nut(11)(S40). The earth bolt is prevented from being stained with deposition paint by fitting the bolt cap to the thread part of the earth bolt before electrodeposition process, and ground force is improved. Contact failure is prevented, and rust of the contact portion is restricted.
