Drugs useful as preventives and remedies for urinary frequency, urinary incontinence, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis deformans, pain, cough, irritable bowel syndrome, vomiting, depression, anxiety, manic-depression or schizophrenia which comprise a combination of an NK-1 receptor antagonist and an NK-2 receptor antagonist and/or a cholinolytic.
