The device has a mast (1) supporting a rotating plate (2) provided with panels (3) or fixed to baskets formed by a circular ring (4) of a net (5) and a detection support (6) for passage of a ball (16). The ball is thrown into the baskets by a player (15) who is positioned remote from the basket on a floor (14). A net stretched between panels (9, 11, 11a) is provided for collecting the ball. The baskets are mounted on the panels in a fixed or adjustable manner in a height with respect to ground (12).
