PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pesticide application unnecessary when planting vegetables and flowers in culture planters or on the ground. SOLUTION: Two elastic flames (1) having pointed ends and holes in the center are obliquely crossed to be directly bonded and inserted to the four corners of a planter (6) having insertion holes on the four corners (3) of a square box having bottom with opening upward. When in use, an insect screen (f) or a cover made of a light transmitting cloth, a vinyl (g) or the like is covered on the skeleton (a). When watering, the cover is removed except a net. This device gives more pleasant harvest than cultivating crops on the ground. When harvesting a part of the crops, the crops are harvested through a harvest port (9) installed to the cover without moving the whole cover. When growing vegetables in a little wider area, the device can be connected with connection bars one by one, so the same frame can be used by changing the size of the cover. When broken, frames are available one by one, thus, the device is inexpensive and serves mild to the environment.
