PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT system, its operating console, control method and storage medium which make it possible to measure a calcifying degree, using an absolute value not depending on a specific type of equipment. SOLUTION: Four standard inspection samples consisting of F1, F2, F3 and F4 with different concentrations of respective calcium contents are arranged on a table 12 (step S201) for scanning (step S203). Image reconstruction processing based on the projection data collected by scanning is conducted to obtain X-ray CT tomograms (step S205). Then, the standard inspection samples, F1-F4, are automatically detected and the CT values of respective standard inspection samples are converted into calcification scores according to the prescribed scoring functions before approximate values between the calcified scores of respective standard inspection samples in this CT values- calcified score coordinates are obtained and new scoring functions based on this approximate straight line are prepared (step 7).
