PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of cleaning inside efficiently without generating a large volume of polluted water and without disassembling and capable of applying to an object to be cleaned using many kinds of materials. SOLUTION: A semi-solid fluid is reciprocated inside an object to be cleaned. As a result, dirt stuck inside the object to be cleaned can be removed without disassembling the object to be cleaned. Because the dirt can be contained in the semi-solid fluid, the dirt can be recovered without dispersing.
