PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and efficiently remove burr of a cut groove in an end surface of a sintered part having the cut groove opened at an outer peripheral surface and an end surface. SOLUTION: A blade body 17 is inserted into/extracted from the cut groove 3 of a rotor body of a sintered part, driven by a fluid pressure cylinder unit 21. The blade body 17 rubs the end edge 3b of the cut groove 3. As a result, the burr around the end edge 3b is chipped off and removed.
