A head cutting apparatus for a concrete pile is provided to have a neat and tidy cut surface quickly when cutting out a head of a concrete pile, to increase work efficiency by cutting out an iron core of a concrete pile all, and to reduce labor and to secure safety at cutting work. A head cutting apparatus(100) for a concrete pile comprises an upper body including a fixed cylinder(110) inserted to a head of a concrete pile and provided with many through holes(111) formed on the upper outside, a backing projection formed on the lower outside, saw-teeth(113) formed on the central outside and a pair of hanging rings(114) on the upper outside to connect to a cargo crane or a backhoe to move the fixed cylinder, and many fixtures(120) composed of hydraulic cylinders(121) operated by hydraulic pressure to fix a concrete pile located in the inner part via the through holes of the fixed cylinder, a lower body including a rotary cylinder(130) located in the lower part of the many fixtures, fixed with the fixed cylinder to make the upper part of the fixed cylinder exposed and provided with a mounting projection(132) formed on a part corresponded to the backing projection of the fixed cylinder, a bearing coupled between the backing projection of the fixed cylinder and the mounting projection of the rotary cylinder to rotate the rotary cylinder easily without interference and many saw-tooth holes(133) formed on the lower outside of the mounting projection corresponding to the cutters, many rotary devices(140) composed of a base plate(141), a hydraulic motor(142) and a worm gear box(143) to rotate the rotary cylinder on the fixed cylinder, many cutters(150) composed of a base plate(151), a pulley case, a motor(153), an auxiliary support plate(154) and a hydraulic cylinder(155) and coupled to a part corresponded to the saw-tooth holes formed on the outside of the rotary cylinder to cut out a concrete pile inserted to the rotary cylinder using a circular saw tooth(152c), and a hydraulic controller(160) installed to one side of the rotary cylinder to control the quantity of hydraulic pressure influent to the hydraulic cylinder and operated by a control device to operate many cutters simultaneously to cut out a concrete pile easily, and a control device controlling the rotary device and the cutter of the head cutting apparatus and the quantity of hydraulic pressure. |
