PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique having exceedingly excellent practicality, with which in soybean milk, a favorable fragrance of soybean can be abundantly felt and on the contrary, smells of soybean such as smell of immaturity which are voided and other all smells and habits can be eliminated. SOLUTION: This soybean milk is produced by making germinated soybean into a soybean milk, subjecting soybean to a tempeh fungus treatment in which soybean is inoculated with tempeh fungus and allowed to stand a fixed time and making the treated soybean into a soybean milk or mixing both the soybean milks in an arbitrary ratio. |
