METHOD FOR PACKAGING STEAMED FISH PASTE AND PACKAGING VESSEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for packaging a steamed fish paste without deteriorating the taste, flavor and palatability of the food and provide a packaging vessel for the packaging method. SOLUTION: The packaging method for the steamed fish paste comprises the putting of the fish paste in a packaging vessel, the thermal sterilization of the food, the discharge of the generated liquid from the vessel and the hermetic sealing of the vessel. The packaging vessel is a dish-shaped vessel having plural slits and/or liquid-discharging holes on the bottom wall of the vessel.
