PURPOSE: A base station controller in a broad band wireless subscriber line system is provided to use the base station controller having the enhanced system efficiency, thereby providing high quality service to users. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of E1-RP(E1-Radio Port)(100) receives audio data allocated a channel from a side of a base station and simultaneously then outputs the audio data. An RMCU(200) receives the allocated audio data, switches the audio data and then outputs the audio data. A plurality of E1-IWF(E1-Inter Working Function)s(300) receive audio data from the RMCU(200) and simultaneously then output the audio data to a side of a subscriber using an exclusive line. A dual RCCU(RPC Channel Control Unit)(400) receives audio data from the RMCU(200) and simultaneously outputs the audio data and control signal. A VCU(Vocoder Card Unit) blocks(500) has a plurality of VCU units(510). The unit(510) receives audio data from the dual RCCU(400) and simultaneously outputs the data to a side of an exchange.
