PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly digestible yeast composition for feed, capable of promoting the self-digestion of yeast relatively easily and efficiently in a short time. SOLUTION: This highly digestible yeast composition has self-digestibility of >=20% at 45 deg.C after 24 h by a multiplier effect as mixing and including at least two yeasts different from each other in group; wherein as one of yeast, it is preferable to use the yeast belonging to Rhodotorula, and for instance, it is good to use through combining the yeast belonging to Rhodotorula with the yeast belonging to e.g. Saccharomyces, Candida, Hansenula or Pichia. |
