PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an ultrasonic wave generation and transmission equipment that can constrain heat from generating even rough a plurality of wire members are bundled together to make a transmission part. SOLUTION: An insertion tube 12 which constitutes the ultrasonic wave generation and transmission equipment 10 is made up of a plurality of wire members 15 of a single-wire shape, a plurality of circular-shaped bundle plates which bind a plurality of wire members, an operation part 17 which is connected to a tip part of the plurality of the bundle plates 16, and a protection cover 18 which surrounds the plurality of the wire member 15 and the plurality of the bundle plates 16. The plurality of the wire members 15 are inserted into the bundle plates 16 in a condition that each of them is isolated from each other. The bundle plates 16 are arranged at a position of a node E1 of the ultrasonic wave vibration width.
