A low frequency electric therapy device is provided to generate "fingering" or "rubbing" action close to what is performed by a person and to be excellent in use. A low frequency electric therapy device includes a couple of pads(300) and an output portion(250). The pads are able to change the positions and areas of the conducting areas thereof. In the output, current flows between a pad on one side and a pad on the other side. The output portion generates fingering or rubbing stimuli by changing the position and/or the area of at least on pad while generating therapy current. The output portion changes the conducting area at a speed of once in 0.5 to 5 seconds. The pads have plural electrodes, and change the position and the area of the conducting area by changing conducting electrodes.
