The present invention is about a leak-proof valve with self-controlling shutting force, designed for use in installations for fluid transport and distribution. The valve consists of a cylindrical valve body (1) fitted a shutter wall (a), communication passages (b) and a stopcock seat (c) driven by a shutting force control mechanism (B) that is handled by a driving mechanism (C). The shutting force control mechanism is fitted with a stopcock disk (d) and two systems that take over and distribute the axial forces exerted by the pressure of the fluid and it acts continuously upon the shutting force of the stopcock, maintaining it to a value established by design. This feature allows the embodiment of a valve whose sealing force may have a constant value, may be self-regulating or may determine the valve to work as a safety valve when the pressure surpasses the critical value. |
