摘要 An apparatus for preventing a jam of a part feeder is provided to improve the rate of operation due to a work standby time and to reduce a work loss cost due to the work standby time by preventing a jam of bolts. An apparatus for preventing a jam of a part feeder includes an elevating plate(14), bolt inlets(11a), a load cell, a weighing controller, a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), a piston(13), and a hydraulic cylinder(18). The elevating plate elevates and lowers in a state of elevating bolts through a slant unit(19). The bolt inlets supply the bolts to the elevating plate by being installed at a lower portion of the elevating plate. The load cell senses a jam of the bolts in the bolt inlet. The weighing controller receives an electric output value from the load cell, calculates the output value into a load, and determines whether the jam of the bolts is generated. The PLC controls operation of the hydraulic cylinder by receiving a jam generation signal from the weighing controller. The piston and the hydraulic cylinder receive a control signal from the PLC, apply impact to the jammed bolts in the bolt inlet, and forcedly release the bolts.
