PURPOSE: A speed reduction apparatus of a turning apparatus to arrange a turbine rotation shaft is provided to position a turbine rotation shaft at a desired position by reducing the rotation speed of the rotation shaft when arranging the turbine rotation shaft. CONSTITUTION: A speed reduction apparatus is connected to the first driving motor of a turning apparatus turning a turning shaft to arrange the turning shaft and reduces the RPM of the first driving motor rotated at a prescribed reduction ratio. The speed reduction apparatus of a turning apparatus comprises a driving shaft(50) connected to a rotation shaft(4) of the first driving motor to rotate the rotation shaft, the second driving motor(10) generating the torque of the driving shaft, and a speed reducer connecting the driving shaft and the second driving motor and reducing the rotation speed of the driving shaft to make the turbine shaft rotated with a rotation speed under 1rpm by considering the reduction ratio of the first driving motor.
