PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting a synchronous clock and a synchronous signal in a synchronous system is provided, which reduces a clock transmitter/receiver device in the system and a cable through which a clock is transmitted, by transmitting the system synchronous clock and the synchronous signal using a multiplexing and demultiplexing method. CONSTITUTION: An AND device(100) multiplexes a synchronous clock and a synchronous signal to be transmitted and then outputs them, and a driver(200) outputs a signal multiplexed in the AND device through an output port in one side and inverts their phases and then outputs them through an output port in another side. A transmission cable(300) transmits a signal transmitted from the driver. A receiver(400) receives the signal transmitted from the driver through two input ports respectively and then outputs them through one output port. A PLL(Phase Locked Loop) filter(500) generates a receiver part synchronous clock by correcting an error of a signal being output from the receiver and by synchronizing its phase. And a latch(600) extracts a synchronous signal from the output signal of the receiver according to a synchronous signal recovered from the PLL filter.
