PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling a communication between processes are provided to monitor a list and an operating state of currently executed sub processes by controlling each sub process through a predetermined information table and transmitting information for controlling a plurality of sub processes necessary for a system operation and to make a stable communication. CONSTITUTION: The first information table(21) is provided for storing basic information including an ID and a name of each sub process for performing a predetermined operation process in a system, data information to be transmitted to other sub process, control information for controlling the sub processes, and report information with respect to an operation state and a result of the sub process. The second information table(22) is provided for storing data information being transmitted between the sub processes. A main process(10) controls each sub process and transmits the data information being transmitted/received between the sub processes through the first information table(21) and the second information table(22).
