PURPOSE: A fixing roller apparatus of an electrophotographic image forming system is provided to reduce a local temperature deviation of the fixing roller so as to improve the entire thermal balance. CONSTITUTION: A fixing roller apparatus includes a tube-shaped fixing roller(212), an operation fluid(214), and a heat generation part(213). The tub-shaped fixing roller maintains the vacuum state with a predetermined pressure. Both ends of the fixing roller are sealed up. A predetermined amount of the operation fluid is filled in the inner space of the fixing roller. The heat generation part is placed in the inner space and directly comes into contact with the operation fluid. The heat generation part is a spiral resistant heat-emitting coil. The heat generation part comes into contact with the inner side of the fixing roller.
