SYSTEM FOR MEASURING VIBRATION AMOUNT OF PLATING POT

PURPOSE: A system for measuring vibration amount of a plating pot is provided to stabilize operation and improve productivity by providing with vibration data of pot rolls in real-time during operation in the plating pot of a galvanizing melting furnace, thereby analyzing vibration causes and quantifying pot roll change period. CONSTITUTION: The system for measuring vibration amount of a plating pot comprises a vibration amount measuring part(36) which is contacted onto the surface of pot rolls by a certain press so as to repeatedly measure vibration amounts of the pot rolls according to position change of the pot rolls; a signal conversion part converting vibration amount of the pot rolls repeatedly measured at the vibration amount measuring part(36) into signals capable of processing the rear part of a proceeding strip(10); a control part(38) analyzing the vibration amounts by calculating the converted plural signals; and a monitoring part(39) indicating vibration amounts of the pot rolls analyzed in the control part(38), wherein the vibration amount measuring part(36) comprises a support having a certain length and transferring vibration of the pot rolls; a contact end part connected to one end of the support and contacted onto the surface of the pot rolls; a guider guiding back and forth movements of the support; a hydraulic cylinder supporting the other end of the support so that the contact end part is contacted with the pot rolls; a hydraulic supplier supplying a pressure to the support through the hydraulic cylinder; a touch bar connected to the support and moved according to moving of the pot rolls; and a sensor sensing movements of the touch bar.
