PURPOSE: A method for processing a voice command during telephone conversation is provided to select a desired menu with a user's voice command and to execute the function of a desired item. CONSTITUTION: If a user pushes a voice command button, a phone makes the call line with the other side mute(S1) and modifies the call path suitably for voice recognition(S2). The phone outputs a beef sound to request the user to convey a voice command(S3). The phone enables the interrupt of a GPIO(General Purpose I/O)(S4). Then the phone stores the data inputted through the GPIO(S5) and releases the call mute state with the other side(S6). The phone recognizes the user's voice command in the traffic state, executes a relevant function, and waits for the next command(S7,S8).
