PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable tuning and listening to the frequency of another broadcasting station for broadcasting the same even when link information is not inserted into a transmission frame of a DAS(digital audio broadcasting). SOLUTION: A method for broadcasting and receiving comprises the steps of extracting and storing LSN information indicating that a corresponding program inserted into a transmission frame is broadcast, service identification information SId of a broadcasting station and an ensemble identification information EId when a radio wave of a broadcasting station of a certain area is received, checking whether the LSN, SId and EId at that time coincide with LSN, SId and EId stored previously or not when the station moves to another area so that a receiving state of the station is deteriorated, judging the broadcasting of the corresponding program if they coincide, and receiving the corresponding broadcasting from another broadcasting station by setting the frequency to an RF unit.
