PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail device which is capable of processing an electronic mail speedily and capable of linking an electric mail received from a customer with that returned as the result of transferring it. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a skill mail box 1 in which plural received electronic mails can be stored, a mail sorting means for sorting a plurality of electronic mails stored in the box 1 into individual ones, a plurality of operator mail boxes 3 for storing respectively one of the electronic mails sorted into the individual ones and an electronic mail processing means 4 for processing the electronic mails stored in the respective operator mailboxes.
