PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time management system that manages a connection time of a high-speed broadband channel in order to efficiently utilize the high- speed broadband channel used for providing contents while the system allows a user to interrupt or restart viewing. SOLUTION: The time management system is provided with a management server 3, a user terminal 1 that is connected to the management server through the high-speed broadband channel, and a contents storage section 6 that stores moving picture contents such as video. The management server stores a preset view available time T1 and is configured such that the management server automatically stops transmission of the contents when a real view time of the contents by the user terminal reaches the view available time T1. |
