PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection case which has a function of protecting a live part when electrolyte leaks from a cell. SOLUTION: A cell case, housing base boards, on which electric circuits such as control circuits are formed, a cell, and a conductor connecting those circuit boards with the cell, comprises a lower case having the first wall, and an upper case having the second wall. The lower case is formed at the first wall, and comprises a groove guiding a conductor, a base board facing the first wall arranged inside the lower case, and resin injected in the space between the base board and the lower case. When covering the lower case by the upper case, the first wall and the second wall touch each other, and separate the base board and the cell, and the injected resin is formed so as to cover the part where the conductor passes through the first wall, and the part where the first wall and the second wall contact with each other. The injected resin is selected from resins with various natures such as thermoplastic resin, humidity curing resin or the like.
