PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-network device in mobile communication, which requires no position registration server, always updates position information, eliminates the occurrence of Single point of failure, reduces retrieval traffic, relieves a sort and retrieval load and reduces the retrieval delay. SOLUTION: The in-network device in mobile communication applies buffering and sorting to retrieval requests sent from an adjacent in-network device and an accommodating terminal, retrieves whether or not a mobile terminal being a retrieval object is a mobile terminal contained in the in-network terminal itself, informs an in-network device accommodating a mobile terminal being a retrieval request source about an identifier of the retrieved mobile terminal and its own identifier when the mobile terminal being the retrieval object is the mobile terminal contained in the in-network terminal itself, transfers the sorted retrieval requests to at least one adjacent in-network device based on an entire tree built up on the mobile communication network or transfers the sorted retrieval request to at least one in-network device in a partial tree resulting from dividing the entire tree (this transfer is made before or after the retrieval). |
