PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail order sale method, enabling a user to sufficiently confirm the performance and the like of a commodity, before paying the commodity bill. SOLUTION: A CPU 210 retrieves the trial conditions on the commodity-based the buyer number included in a commodity return request received from a user terminal 100, determines whether this commodity return report has been transmitted during a free-of-charge trial period (S1), then determines whether the trial of the commodity by the user is within the number of free-of-charge trial printed sheets (S2). When the CPU 210 determines that the commodity return report from the user is transmitted during the free-of-charge trial period and the trial of a recorder is within the number of free trial printed sheets, the user can return the commodity, without having to pay for the bill for the commodity. |
