PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document circulation system for smoothly circulating a document among a plurality of document managing systems. SOLUTION: A transfer management part 11 obtains the document disclosed in respective document management systems 2. The keyword of the document is extracted, and it is judged whether or not the document is transferred on the basis of comparison with a keyword as a condition for regulating the request document which is previously obtained from a document managing system 2 side, then an instruction for transferring the document which is judged to be transferred is outputted to a registration managing part 12. The registration managing part 12 transfers the document in accordance with the instruction. |
