PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device by which a person acquiring information can determine whether or not the information is falsified or whether or not the information is trustworthy information. SOLUTION: The person acquiring information reads electronic watermark information of acquired data, to which electronic watermark information has been embedded in advance, to determines the correctness of the read part of the information. If the person determines that the data are illegal, the person acquiring the information requests re-transmission of the data.
