PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with front holder enabled to prevent bending of a male terminal to guide it in a straight line, and correctly position a female terminal. SOLUTION: To a front holder 3, a convex parts 24, locking to the inside of electric contact parts 40 of a female terminal 5, are successively formed to terminal guiding holes 31 for electric contact parts 49 of a male terminals 48. The convex part 24 is constituted by a pair of flat plate-shaped flanges. A chamfered guide part 25 is formed on the top end corner part of the convex part 24. The convex part 24 is arranged so as to contact an inner surface of the electric contact part 40 of the female terminal 5. The front holder 3 is constituted by dividing itself into a separated wall member 20 arranged inside, facing the terminal housing compartment 14, and a front holder main body 21 arranged at the outside of the separation wall member 20. It is also effective to form the convex part 24 to a wall part 12 of the separated wall member 20.
