PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a client user to reduce consciousness of download time when an operation processing program is downloaded from a server to a client regarding an operation processing system consisting of the server in which a plurality kinds of operation processing are stored and the client which download of the operation processing from the server to execute the processing. SOLUTION: A parallel download table in which correspondence relation between a unit operation to be executed and a unit operation the download of which is received from the server in the case of execution of the unit operation is registered is freely rewritably stored and the download of the unit operation to be downloaded in the case of the execution of one unit operation is received from the server in the case of the execution of one unit operation by referring to the parallel download table.
