PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tolerance for a noise without decreasing operation speed. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a command input circuit 11 generating and outputting an internal command signal S3 synchronizing with an inputted external command signal S1, an internal control circuit 13 inputting the internal command signal S3 and generating and outputting a data read-out control signal S4 and a data output control signal S5, a data transfer circuit 18 consisting of a data read-out circuit 16 and a data output circuit 17, and a command input stop signal generating circuit 19 generating and outputting a command input stop signal S6 synchronized with a data output control signal S5, the command input circuit 11 stops generation output for the internal command signal S3 from the external command signal S1 when the command input stop signal S6 is inputted, and the internal control circuit 13 holds the internal command signal S3 being already inputted when the command input stop signal S6 is inputted.
