PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten retrieval time and to facilitate replacement instruction input by making proper the quantity of detection in proofreading object term retrieval. SOLUTION: An object term to be retrieved, its category, and an alternative candidate term are related and registered in a proofreading object term dictionary and a retrieval object term belonging to a category indicated in retrieval is detected in an object document to be proofread by indicating the category to optimize the detection quantity and shorten the retrieval time, thereby facilitating proofreading indication input operation. |
