A diagnosis system of fine crack in a vehicle fuel tank and pipeline is provided to accomplish precise diagnosis by grasping a differential sound of leaking part and reduce diagnosis cost with a simple configuration. A diagnosis system of fine crack in a vehicle fuel tank and pipeline comprises a vacuum pump(2) creating negative pressure within a fuel tank, mounted inside a case(1); a solenoid valve(3) installed at a vacuum pump hose(2a); a vacuum gage(4) indicating the vacuum level inside a fuel tank into a digit; a diagnosis actuator equipped with a CPU device controlling a negative pressure within a fuel tank, in which a hose reel(5) keeping the fuel tank hose is equipped; and a stethoscope in which a display unit and a headphone are equipped.
