PURPOSE: A device for manipulating a manual transmission is provided to reduce the connection parts between a torsional shaft and a power shift by spline-coupling a shift lever to the torsional shaft and connecting the torsional shaft to a power shift via first and second levers. CONSTITUTION: A device for manipulating a manual transmission includes a transmission gear shift lever(31) to be applied with select and shift manipulation force, a torsional shaft(33) spline-coupled at a side of the transmission gear shift lever, first and second levers(35,37) each having a side coupled with the torsional shaft, and a power shift(43) of which a striker(39) and a rod(41) are respectively connected to the first and second levers.
