PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge users for the use of duplicate data, in the case of duplicating data acquired from a data distribution origin and distributing data to those other than a user who has come to the data distribution origin to acquire the data, and to realize strong protection against destructive activities and fraudulent duplication and production activities. SOLUTION: This system is constituted to place charges, in the case distributed data is used by integrating an execution program for using the distributed data and a program for spreading charging information, using a dynamic linking means. Since data can be constituted from an original format, strong protection can be realized against the destructive activities and fraudulent duplication and production activities.
